Terms and Conditions
By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The app
Image Size — KB Compressor lets you reduce or adjust the file size and dimensions of your images, compare results, and save or share them. It is provided by Todayintech solution ("we", "us").
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on your Android devices for your own lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
3. Your content
- You keep all rights to your images. We claim no ownership or licence over them, and we never receive them because processing happens on your device.
- You are responsible for having the right to process, save and share the images you use, and for how you use the results.
- You must not use the app to process or distribute unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others.
4. How results work
- Target sizes are best effort. Some images cannot reach a requested size without unacceptable quality loss. In that case the app tells you, shows the smallest size it achieved, and lets you decide whether to keep the result.
- Lossy compression changes the image. Compressing to JPEG or WebP discards detail. Always keep your original.
- Exact size mode. This mode can enlarge a file by adding padding data inside the file. The picture is not improved. Check that the receiving service accepts the file before relying on it.
- We do not guarantee that any output will be accepted by a particular website, portal, printer or service.
5. Advertising and free saves
- The app is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads may be banners, full-screen ads, or optional rewarded ads.
- The app includes a daily number of free saves. After that you may choose to watch a rewarded ad to unlock more saves. Sharing is not limited. If an ad is not available, saving is not blocked.
- Allowances and ad behaviour may change in future versions.
- We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for sites and services you reach through them.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass the ad or save allowance in an unauthorised way, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and forms part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its name, icon and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Third-party libraries are used under their own licences.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, images, profits or opportunities arising from your use of the app, including a result being rejected by a third party. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Updates and termination
We may update or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend access for anyone who breaches these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR COUNTRY / STATE], and its courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
